TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts concluded between the customer and Smagameru Electrical PTY LTD. Any conditions stipulated by the customer or any Third Party which are in conflict with these conditions are expressly excluded. 

No Deliveries/Collections will be allowed until payment for the products have been made in full and cleared by our bankers. 

Methods of payment are EFT/Credit and Debit cards and payfast and on account for current approved account holders. Refunds will be done in the original tender type and the original credit card used for the purchase must be produced for the refund.All prices displayed on the Smagameru electricals website are subject to alteration without prior notice and may differ from In-Store prices.
All products are not kept at our warehouse as this is an online store. All products will need to be ordered from our suppliers. Smagameru electricals will notify you (the client) should there be any waiting period or your products being unavailable. We will offer you an immediate refund should the waiting period not meet your time frame requirements or any products not being available to fulfil your order. Should you need to collect your order immediately or have it within a 24 hour period, please confirm stock availability before placing an order. Stock is not guaranteed as we do not hold all items at our warehouse.

Deliveries will be supplied by Smagameru Electrical or one of its partner service providers subject to your address being within our designated delivery zones. You will be charged a delivery fee of R79 per 25 Kilograms of the total order (applies if order is courier) and 100KM radius and less. Smagameru electricals will contact you should there be any additional delivery fees before processing your order.
Whilst every endeavour will be made to supply the goods in a timely manner, under no circumstances can liability be accepted for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer or any Third Party by reason of failure to meet delivery commitments. The customer shall accept delivery when delivery is tendered and shall not be entitled to resile from the contract on account of a delay in delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address, including suburb and postal code is correct.
Goods shall be examined immediately on receipt. No claim in respect of shortages, damage or apparent defect in the goods will be considered by Smagameru Electrical, unless notified within a 24 Hour period. Risk of loss and title are passed on to the customer on accepting of delivery/collection.
Smagameru electricals regret any Errors or Omissions that may occur. Images,
Descriptions, Colours and Sizes may vary from the actual product.

The Terms and Conditions and all matters or disputes arising therefrom or incidental hereto shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic South Africa.

DELIVERY SERVICE

Smagameru electricals offer a Reliable Nationwide delivery service.
Local delivery times are 1-7 working days, national delivery times are 3-10 working days.
Smagameru electricals delivers on Monday – Friday from 08:00am – 05:00pm and we do local deliveries on Saturdays from 09:00am – 12:00pm.
We also offer a premium service at an extra cost (optional)

Smagameru electricals Online offer a great quotation service that gives online users the opportunity to see what the total cost of a project will be, but also an easy way to confirm pricing. Once a final quote has been drawn up you can place your order directly from the quote received. A great bonus feature of utilising the quotation feature is that we will try beat pricing on all large quotes that have high quantities that we receive to ensure that you get the best prices for any large projects. To use this feature simply find theproducts you require and hit the “ADD TO QUOTE” button found on the product page,
once you have built up your quote, submit it and we will respond within 24 hours with a
final quote and pricing.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

Smagameru Electrical is confident that you will be satisfied with every purchase you make. Should you experience any problems or ordered the incorrect products, we have a simple and hassle free Returns Policy. Refunds will only be processed in accordance with this Refund and Returns Policy. We are committed to operate our Business in Terms of the Consumer Protection Act and all Policies are subject to the applicable law.

7 Day Exchange or Refund Policy

We will happily refund or exchange goods if you return them within 7 days of
purchase. Please ensure the goods are in the same new condition, unused and
in the original packaging.  You will be responsible for Shipping Costs, 23% Handling Fee and any other costs that may be incurred by Smagameru electricals.

What can I do if the goods are defective or damaged?

>>If your goods are defective or damaged, please ensure to report this to
Smagameru within a 24 Hour period of receiving your order. You can return these items to our address in Johannesburg branch either in person or via a courier service which will need to be arranged (by clients and cost occurred are client responsibility).
>> In the event that a Third Party Courier company is used for national deliveries, an insurance claim will need to be lodged and processed. A full refund will be given upon the claim being approved.

 

How will I be refunded?

Once we have accepted your return and approved a refund, you will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid Smagameru electricals. This will either be by Credit Card, EFT or the Contractor Account used for the purchase will be credited.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on any Cable sold per meter (off-cuts), Light Bulbs and Legrand Netamo Products that haven’t been installed by an accredited Legrand installer and also mechanically operated products and parts.
